When you complete the contact form on this website, we process the data you provide: your name, corporate email, company, role, area of interest and the content of your message, together with your consent confirmation. We may also process technical browsing data strictly necessary for the website to function.

3. Purpose

We process your data to handle and respond to your demo or Proof of Value request, answer your enquiries and, where applicable, maintain the commercial contact arising from your request.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form, and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, if no relationship begins, for a maximum of [e.g. 12 months], unless a longer retention period is required by law.

6. Recipients and processors

We use the provider Formspree (Formspree, Inc.) to handle the contact form; it acts as a data processor. The website is hosted through hosting providers [e.g. Netlify and/or DigitalOcean]. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where required by law.

Some of our providers (for example, Formspree) may be located outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. This website does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. It loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may mean Google records your IP address when serving the fonts.
